Having spent some time in the Mediterranean, I have realized that the Mediterranean diet is more than just food. It is a way of life.
People in these areas still have values. Family values. They grow together, harvest together, give thanks together, cook together, eat together and share together.
The key to a long life is togetherness, gratefulness combined with good food.
