The 21 day habit
The summer sun in the northern hemisphere is throwing a shorter shadow.
I find myself reflecting on the fruits summer has produced.
The summer found me on an island. I was testing the behavioral theory of 21 days.
Behavioural scientist say that we need about 21 days to make or break a habit. If you go 21 days without something you wont need it anymore.
I can asure you, as a enthusiastic cook, I can do without a kettle but not a wooden spoon!
There is as much or a little distraction as you want to allow yourself.
